Enhanced criminal record certificates – prescribed purpose9.

For the purposes of section 113B(2)(b), an enhanced criminal record certificate can be required for the purposes of an exempted question asked–

(a)

in the course of considering the applicant’s suitability for a position (whether paid or unpaid) to which regulation 10 applies;

(b)

for a purpose relating to any of the matters set out in regulation 11; or

(c)

in relation to an individual to whom regulation 12 applies.
