Extension and modification of Part IIA of the 1990 Act S

2.  Part IIA of the 1990 Act(1) is to have effect in relation to harm, or pollution of the water environment(2), so far as attributable to any radioactivity possessed by any substance, with the modifications set out in regulations 3 to 15.
