The Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (Minimum Frequency of Inspections) Order 2007

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 25(5A)(b) and (5B) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 20011, having consulted the Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care, and thereafter such other persons (or groups of persons) as they considered appropriate in accordance with section 25(5A) of that Act, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 78(2)(b) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
