43. Licences and approvals granted under the provisions of the Artificial Insemination of Cattle (Animal Health) (Scotland) Regulations 1985(1) listed in the first column of Schedule 10 shall continue to have effect as if they were approvals or licences granted under these Regulations in accordance with the corresponding provisions of these Regulations listed in the second column of that Schedule, provided that, in the case of premises, the premises comply with, and are operated in accordance with, the provisions of these Regulations.
