21. In Schedule 1, for Form 8 (the postal voting statement) there shall be substituted the form set out in Schedule 4 to this Order where the proceedings on the issue and receipt of postal ballot papers at the local government election are taken together with those proceedings at another election under regulation 76 of the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 1986(2).
