Notice of conviction21
The notice required to be given by a Board to the appropriate chief constable under subsection (2) of section 83 must be given within 21 days of–
a
the Board receiving a notice under subsection (1)(a) of that section; or
b
the Board becoming aware as described in subsection (1)(b) of that section.
