The provisions of sections 19 and 20 of the 2007 Act and paragraph 28 of the schedule to the 2007 Act shall apply only to proceedings which, on or after 10th December 2007, the court adjourned for trial to take place at a later date.

The reference in article 7(1) to adjourned for trial means adjourned for trial under section 146(3) of the 1995 Act.
