Exercise of functions: general23.

(1)

In exercising a function under these Regulations, a Licensing Board is to have regard to–

(a)

any relevant guidance under section 25 of the Act, and

(b)

subject to sub paragraph (a), the licensing objectives.

(2)

Section 155 of the Act has effect in relation to the functions of a Licensing Board under these Regulations as it has effect in relation to functions of a Licensing Board under Part 8 of the Act.
