This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 41 and 43 of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1971(1) and all other powers enabling Her to do so.
In accordance with section 41(5) of that Act a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
Accordingly, Her Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows.
1971 c. 58; section 41(2) was amended by the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1980 (c. 55), Schedule 3.
