Power of court to excuse irregularities
3.—(1) Before Chapter 4 (bail) insert–
“CHAPTER A4EXCUSAL OF PROCEDURAL IRREGULARITIES
Application to court to excuse procedural irregularity
A4.1.—(1) An application made in writing under section 300A of the Act of 1995 (power of court to excuse procedural irregularities)(1) shall be in Form A4.1 and shall be served on the other parties to the proceedings.
(2) On an application referred to in paragraph (1) being made, the court may appoint a diet for a hearing and intimate the diet to the other parties.”.
(2) After Form 2.6-G(2) insert Form A4.1 set out in the Schedule to this Act of Adjournal.
