Review by the Auditor of the Court of Session of the amount of an award for legal representation26

The Auditor of the Court of Session must send–
a
the applicant; and
b
the chairman,
the Auditor of the Court of Session’s assessment of the amount of the award as soon as reasonably practicable following the review hearing.

The Auditor of the Court of Session’s assessment under paragraph (1) is the final assessment of the amount of the award.
