The Avian Influenza (H5N1 in Poultry) (Scotland) Order 2007

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 1, 7, 8(1), 11, 15(5), 17(1), 23, 25, 28, 35(1), 35(3) and 83(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981 M1, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, make the following Order:
