PART ICITATION, COMMENCEMENT AND EXTENT

These Regulations may be cited as the Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c.) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2007.

2.

These Regulations shall come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

3.

These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
