In regulation 2(1) (interpretation and application)–

a

for the definition of the Habitats Directive” substitute–

  • “the Habitats Directive” means Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora M1 as amended from time to time;

b

omit the definition of “occupier”.
