1.—(1) This Act of Sederunt is to be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Rules of the Court of Session Amendment No. 3) (Bankruptcy and Diligence etc. (Scotland) Act 2007) 2008 and comes into force on 1st April 2008.
(2) This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
