The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon them by section 5 of the Court of Session Act 19881, section 28A(3) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 19852, sections 15D(2)(a) and 15L(2)(a) of the Debtors (Scotland) Act 19873, sections 9C(2)(a), 9F(3)(a)(i), 9L(5)(a), 9M(3)(a) and 9N(2)(a) of the Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Act 20024 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:
