Amendment of the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Control Measures) (Scotland) Order 20001223.
In article 2(1) of the Sea Fishing (Enforcement of Community Control Measures) (Scotland) Order 2000 for the definition of “Annex IIc” substitute–
““Annex IIc” means Annex IIc to Council Regulation (EC) No. 40/2008 fixing for 2008 the fishing opportunities and associated conditions for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks, applicable in Community waters and for Community vessels, in waters where catch limitations are required13;”.
