5A. Where an official soil test for Potato Cyst Nematode is carried out under [F2paragraph 4 of schedule 2 (specific measures relating certain solanaceous species) of the Plant Health Official Controls Regulations], for each 400 ml soil sample or part thereof submitted for testing, the fee of £13.81 shall be paid to the Scottish Ministers.]
