In regulation 2(1) (interpretation)–

(a)

(b)

Amendment of regulation 6

2.

Omit regulation 6 (10 month period), and insert–

“Date eligible land must be at farmer’s disposal6.

For the purposes of Article 44(3) of Council Regulation 1782/2003 (declaration of parcels corresponding to the eligible hectare accompanying any payment entitlement), parcels must be at the farmer’s disposal on 15th May in the year of the aid application.”.
