The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 72 and 81(2) of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Mobility and Access Committee for Scotland Revocation Regulations 2008 and come into force on 1st July 2008.
2. The following Regulations are revoked–
(a)the Mobility and Access Committee for Scotland Regulations 2002(2); and
(b)the Mobility and Access Committee for Scotland Amendment Regulations 2005(3).

These Regulations revoke the Mobility and Access Committee for Scotland Regulations 2002 and the Mobility and Access Committee for Scotland Amendment Regulations 2005. Matters considered by that Committee are now to be considered by the Public Transport Users' Committee for Scotland.
