Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by–

  1. (a)
    section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721;
  2. (b)
    sections 37(2)(c) and 60 of the Electricity Act 19892; and
  3. (c)
    section 40 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 19973,

and all other powers enabling them to do so.
