For regulation G1(11)(b) (payment of transfer values) substitute–

“(b)

the date on which the teacher attains the normal pension age where–

(i)

he or she ceased to be employed in pensionable employment or entered excluded employment on a date which falls at least one year before the date on which the applicant attains the normal pension age; and

(ii)

he or she made his or her application for payment of a transfer value within 6 months of that date.”.
