The Fundable Bodies (The Scottish Agricultural College) (Scotland) Order 2008

Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1)(a) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 20051 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 7(1) of that Act, the Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council has approved the modification made in this Order.
In accordance with section 34(4) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
