These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008 and come into force on 8th September 2008.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 20002.
