Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 13 of schedule 2 to, and section 21(2) of, the Protection of Children (Scotland) Act 20031 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 21(4) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.
