Remainder

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 59(2), 64(1) and (4), 65(1), 81(2) and 82(1) of the Criminal Proceedings etc. (Reform) (Scotland) Act 20071 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with sections 59(7) and 64(3) of that Act they have consulted with the Sheriff Principal for the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin, Glasgow City Council, East Dunbartonshire Council and South Lanarkshire Council.
