Application of section 302 of the 2003 Act4
Subject to regulation 5, section 302 of the 2003 Act applies to a person in Scotland who is–
a
subject to corresponding measures or corresponding requirements in a relevant territory; and
b
not subject to the application of section 301 of the 2003 Act by virtue of regulations 2 and 3.
