The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7(2)(a), 8(1)(b), 9(4)(c), 9(6), 10(1)(d), 10(7), 12(3), 12A(8), 15(3) and (4)(a), 16(2)(b), 17(4)(b) and (6), 18(1)(d) and (e), (4)(b) and (5), 19(5) and (10)(b), 19A(8), 20B(7), 21(7), 22(2), 23A(1), 23D and 275 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.

1997 c. 8. The enabling powers contained in Part 2 of the Act were inserted by section 2 of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 17). Section 275 was relevantly amended by section 54(16) of that Act. The functions of the Secretary of State under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 transferred to the Scottish Ministers by virtue of section 53 of the Scotland Act 1998 (c. 46).
