The Scottish Ministers, on the application of Scottish Water, make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17(2), 29(1) and 107(1)(b) of the Water (Scotland) Act 19801 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 17(5A) of that Act, they have obtained and had regard to the advice of the Scottish Environment Protection Agency.
