The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7(1)(c), 15(3)(c), 16(3)(c) and 22A(2)(b) of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 20001 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
