This article applies to a generating station which–

a

is a microgenerator; and

b

has not had a declared net capacity in excess of 50 kilowatts at any time after 31st March 2009.

The amount of electricity to be stated in each SROC which is issued in respect of electricity generated by a generating station to which this article applies is 0.5 megawatt hours.
