The licensing authority must keep, in such form as it considers appropriate, a register of animal dealing licences which must include the name and home or business address of the licence holder, the address of the premises where the period referred to in regulation 15(1) will take place and the number of the licence.

The licensing authority must make the register available for public inspection without charge during reasonable office hours and must allow copies of the register to be taken.
