A person vaccinating a pig must identify that pig as a vaccinate, in the manner instructed by an inspector if such an instruction is given.

No person may move a pig from a vaccination zone except for slaughter at a slaughterhouse approved for that purpose by the Scottish Ministers.

No person may move a vaccinated pig not in a vaccination zone from the–
a
premises on which it was vaccinated; or
b
if a licence permitted vaccination in an area, the area where vaccination is permitted,
except for slaughter at a slaughterhouse approved for that purpose by the Scottish Ministers.
