The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(5), 27, 105(7), 106(a) and 108(1) of and Schedule 1, paragraph 11(b) and (c) to, the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
