Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 3rd August 2009.

In these Regulations–
“the 1990 Regulations” means the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Written Submissions Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 19902;
“the 1992 Regulations” means the Town and Country Planning (Enforcement of Control) (No. 2) (Scotland) Regulations 19923.
