8.—(1) The occupier must carry out sampling for breeding flocks in accordance with the Annex to [F1Commission Regulation (EU) No 200/2010].
(2) The occupier must carry out sampling for laying flocks in accordance with the Annex to [F2Commission Regulation (EU) No 517/2011].
(3) The occupier must carry out sampling for broiler flocks in accordance with the Annex to [F3Commission Regulation (EU) No 200/2012].
