Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1) of the Children (Scotland) Act 19951 and of all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement1
These Rules may be cited as the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2009 and come into force on 28th September 2009.
Amendment of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Rules 19962
In rule 20(6)(b) (conduct of children’s hearing considering case on referral or at review of supervision requirement) of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Rules 19962 for “carried out the procedures” to the end substitute “complied with the requirements of regulation 7 of the Looked After Children (Scotland) Regulations 2009”.
