There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Official Feed and Food Controls (Scotland) Regulations 2009, Section 31.
31.—(1) An enforcement authority shall have the power to do anything that a competent authority may do under [F1Articles 46, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 71, 72 and 138(2) of Regulation 2017/625] if the conditions set out in those Articles are fulfilled.
(2) The enforcement authority shall be the competent authority for the purposes of [F2Articles 66, 67 and 69].
