Election petitions

5.—(1) The Rules of the Court of Session 1994(1) are amended in accordance with the following subparagraph.

(2) In rule 69.5 (service and intimation of an election petition)(2), after paragraph (3) insert—

“(4) Where the court makes an order for intimation and service of an election petition, the Deputy Principal Clerk shall send a copy of the petition to the Electoral Commission.”.
