SCHEDULE 5 SMAXIMUM WEIGHT OF A SEED LOT AND MINIMUM WEIGHT OF A SUBMITTED SAMPLE

Maximum weight of a seed lot S

1.  The maximum weight of a seed lot shall be 20 metric tonnes and shall not be exceeded by more than 5%.

Minimum weight of a submitted sample of seed S

2.—(1) The minimum weight of a sample submitted for official examination shall be 500g or 7,500 pelleted seeds.

(2) The minimum weight of a sample for moisture testing shall be 50g.
