These Rules may be cited as the Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland (Practice and Procedure) Amendment Rules 2010 and come into force on 16th August 2010.

In these Rules, “the principal Rules” means the Additional Support Needs Tribunals for Scotland (Practice and Procedure) Rules 20063.
