Regulation 3.B.1 (eligibility: general) shall be amended as follows.

In paragraph (3)—
a
in sub-paragraph (a) omit “and meets any one of the other scheme conditions (see paragraph (5))”;
b
after sub-paragraph (b) insert (as full out words)—
and meets any one of the other scheme conditions (see paragraph (5)).
