PART 5 S ENFORCEMENT, OFFENCES AND SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS

[F1 Offences: [F2 retained EU] beef provisions S

19.   Subject to regulation 7 (marking), any person who, in relation a bovine carcase—

(a) fails to comply with any requirement under a [F2 retained EU] beef provision; or

(b) contravenes any prohibition contained in a [F2 retained EU] beef provision,

commits an offence.]
