Section 73A of the Act

15.  In section 73A—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) for “sampled portion” substitute “final sample”; and

(ii) omit “the sample taken from”; and

(b) in subsections (2)(a) and (b) and (3) in each case for “sampled portion” substitute “final sample”.
