The Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 (“the 2010 Act”) received Royal Assent on 6thAugust 2010. Sections201, 202, 204, 205 and 206 of the 2010 Act came into force on Royal Assent.
Commencement of section 832
Section 83 of the 2010 Act comes into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
