Appointed day2
The days appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act are—
a
20th February 2010 for section 37(5) and section 40 insofar as it inserts section 12(C)(5) into the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 19713; and
b
1st April 2010 for the provisions of the Act specified in the Schedule to this Order.
