Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Official Statistics (Scotland) Amendment Order 2010, and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

2. In the Schedule to the Official Statistics (Scotland) Order 2008(1), where alphabetically appropriate, insert the persons listed in the Schedule to this Order.
