Amendment of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980

5.  In section 76L of the 1980 Act (interpretation etc. of Part VIA)—

(a) after the definition of “analyse” insert—

““domestic distribution system” has the meaning given by section 76FA(1) above;”; and

(b) after the definition of “private supply” insert—

““relevant water quality issue” has the meaning given by section 76FA(1) above;

“responsible person” has the meaning given by section 76FB(2) above;”.
