Amendment to regulation 9

5.  In regulation 9 (undertakings)—

(a) in paragraphs (5) and (6), for “and 74 to 77” substitute “, 79 and 80”; and

(b) in paragraph (6), after “an activity or activities under any of the” insert “following three”.
