The Town and Country Planning (Modification and Discharge of Good Neighbour Agreement) (Scotland) Regulations 20109 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In regulation 9(2)(a)(iv) (application of the Town and Country Planning (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2008) in the definition of “period allowed for determination of the application” after “Country” insert “Planning”.
